Coconut Prawns

This is a simple dish which can be served as an appetizer or a fry with rice or roti.
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Small Prawns 4 cups
Onions 1 cup chopped
Oil 1 tablespoon
Grated Coconut 2 tablespoons
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder 1/2 to 1 teaspoon as per taste
Salt to taste

1.Marinate the Prawns in Ginger garlic paste,turmeric,salt and red chili powder and leave for an hour.

2.Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions.

3.Add the Prawns to it and saute until they get tender and all the water leaves the pan.Check your salt and chili powder and add if not enough and stir.

4.Add the coconut and stir for 2-3 minutes and serve.

For extra spice you can add finely minced green chilies to the onions and saute.
