Ingredients:
1 salmon filet
1/2 lemon juiced
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
Procedure:
1.Preheat your oven to 350.
2.Lay a foil on a baking pan. Rub the oil on the top of the Salmon and sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper evenly. Place another piece of foil on top and seal the foil together.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Tips:
The test to check if the fish is baked enough or not is when you pick a piece with a fork it should be moist and flaky. If it is dry, you have overcooked the fish.
If it is a very thick fillet it might take upto 15 minutes, normal fish will be done in 12 minutes.
I used fresh salmon here, if using frozen salmon, place it in the refrigerator overnight and let it thaw before using.
