A perfect party appetizer.
Preparation :40 minutes
2 medium zucchini(sliced 1/4 inch)
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pinches red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1.Heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, lemon juice, red chili powder and black pepper so that they are evenly coated.
3.Grate the parmesan cheese and mix with panko bread crumbs.
4.Toss the zucchini in this mixture.
5.Lay them on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until the crumbs brown a little bit.
If your parmesan and panko have salt in them add very little salt to avoid overly salty chips.
