1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
3 teaspoons Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil

Procedure:

1.Mix lemon juice, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and 2 teaspoon oil in a bowl.

2.Coat each of the fish pieces with the spice mixture.Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

3.Heat remaining oil in a frying pan, pan fry the fish on both the sides on medium flame till golden brown. If your fish is too thick it will take longer to cook, you might have to cover it or place the pan in oven at 400F for 5-10 minutes to get the interior cooked.

Tips:
Serve with lemon wedges and onion slices.
You can also add a tempering of curry leaves and green chili on top.
