Soy Vinaigrette

A simple Asian style dressing for salads and will also work as a dip for spring rolls, wontons etc.


Preparation time 5 minutes 
Serves 2 tablespoons
Serving Size 1 tablespoon
Calories Per Serving Approximately 40 per serving
Difficulty Easy




















Ingredients:
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar(mirin)
1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon dried furikake seasoning(optional)

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the flavors meld for a couple of minutes.Use on your favorite salad.

Tips:
You can also add a pinch of sugar or honey to cut the taste of soy and vinegar.
