Noodle Soup

Tonight’s dinner is Noodle soup. I Needed something light yet full of nutrition and easy to digest tonight. Commonly made as chicken noodle soup, I made a vegetarian version, the tutorial also shows the chicken option.Quick, Simple , tasty , yet easy to make and digest! Other things you can add are cooked barley and potato along with the veggies! Let me know what you think!

Ingredients:
1/2 small diced onion
1/2 cup peas
1 stalk celery diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 small carrot diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

4 cups low sodium vegetable or chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 Chicken breast  boiled(optional)
1 cup pasta( I used Ditalini)
1 Tablespoon grated Parmiggiano Reggiano

Tips:
Add the veggies 5 minutes before your pasta will be done.
You can also add cooked barley and potato to the soup
