Avocado Aioli

This is a simple accompaniment to most of your sandwiches or burgers and can also be used as a spread on bread.Technically aiolis have eggs but Im not comfortable using raw eggs in my recipes hence I skipped that.
Preparation time:5 minutes
Serves:1 cup 


Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 tablespoons yogurt
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
dash of lemon juice

Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips:
You can also add a garlic clove or chipotle pepper for flavor.
