Yogurt Mint Salad Dressing

Here is a simple and healthy salad dressing with mint and yogurt.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes


1/2 cup yogurt(dahi/perugu)
juice from half a lemon
1 garlic clove
20 mint leaves
Salt to taste

pinch of fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoon olive oil
1.Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined.
This goes well with romaine and iceberg and spinach kind of lettuces,I would not use this for pungent greens like arugula or kale it will get too intense.
