Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

This sauce can be used over Poultry or fish on any meatloaf type of dishes or simple as a sandwich / bread accompaniment.
Preparation time:30 minutes
Serves:6


Ingredients:
2 large red peppers
1 teaspoon olive oil(optional)
6-8 basil leaves
2 green chilies(optional)
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Procedure:
1.Fire roast the red peppers until they are lightly charred on all sides.
2.Transfer to a preheated oven of 350 degrees and let cook for 30 minutes until they are soft.
3.Deseed the red pepper and transfer to a food processor and pulse with rest of the ingredients.

Tips:
Can be used with tacos, any sandwich or wraps.
